Molds

3. Applying 718HH Steel tooling, with hardness HRC32-38. No pin. Self-lock slide. Not easy to clamp yarn. All these ensure the tooling a longer service life.
4. Processing with the large CNC Machine, no tool connection, one-stage process, ensuring mold flatness and roundness within standard.
Molding Machines
1. Non-interference one-to-one separate heating, stable temperature, faster heating speed, each machine comes with a temperature control system.
2. Screw air compressor ensures high pressure and constant pressure molding.
Structure Design
1. The mold slider adopts a three-piece structure, the thickness of the left and the right sides of the bead is uniform, the groove is with standard depth & stable shape, and is almost 0 tolerance.
2. No yarn clamping, no lack of glue, stable roundness & flatness, no need to paint the groove.
3. New technique ensures that the small round bar won't slip off, ensure the stability of structure, no unnecessary cavity and reliable strength.
4. No carbon ring, no EPS, no cover. The shape of preform fixture is close to the mold, the position of the spokes is stable. No unnecessary cavity, no deviation.
